These terms govern the use of the CryptoEducationSchool website and the purchase of educational courses. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. Course access is provided via the GetCourse platform after payment.

These terms govern use of the website. The specific programme, price, schedule, refunds, and material access must be confirmed in a separate offer or contract before payment.

2. Educational nature of the services

All materials are strictly educational and do not constitute individual investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are highly volatile; you may lose your entire invested capital. The school does not guarantee income and is not responsible for students' investment decisions.

Materials are provided for education and general information. They are not personalised investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Payment and refunds

Payment is made by bank card via a secure payment provider. Within 14 calendar days of purchase you may request a full refund by writing to info@cryptoeducationschool.com. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Before launch, identify the seller, currency, taxes, payment methods, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund rules while preserving mandatory consumer rights in the relevant country.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials (videos, texts, assignments, checklists) are the intellectual property of the school. Access is granted personally to the buyer; copying, sharing with third parties and publishing the materials are prohibited.

Texts, videos, worksheets, designs, and teaching materials belong to their respective rights holders. A purchase grants limited personal use, not resale or publication rights.

5. Privacy and personal data

We collect only the data needed to provide course access and stay in touch: name, email address, phone number. Data is not shared with third parties except the payment provider and the learning platform. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
